Cancellation and Refunds

1. Cancellation Policy:

1.1. order Cancellation by the Client:

If you, as the client, wish to cancel an ongoing order, you must notify us in writing at support@printmyplaylist.com. The cancellation request will be reviewed, and any applicable refunds will be processed according to the terms of this policy and the progress of the order at the time of cancellation.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill our obligations to complete the order, we will promptly notify you. If the cancellation is initiated by us, you will be eligible for a full refund of any payments made for that particular order.

2. Refund Policy:

2.1. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are typically processed based on the progress of the order and the time and resources already invested. The eligibility for a refund may vary depending on the type of order and the stage at which the cancellation occurs. We may, at our discretion, offer partial or full refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If the order is canceled by the client before any work has commenced, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the order is canceled by the client after work has commenced, the refund will be based on the percentage of completion of the order and the expenses incurred up to that point. We will provide a breakdown of the refund calculation.
  • If the order is canceled by Print My Playlist, and the client has made any payments, a full refund will be issued.

2.2. Refund Processing:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been processed.

2.3. Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items, such as third-party services or software licenses, may be non-refundable. If any such non-refundable expenses have been incurred during the order, they will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Modification of orders:

3.1. Change in Scope:

If there are any changes to the order scope or requirements after the order has commenced, the timeline and pricing may be adjusted accordingly. We will communicate any modifications in advance and seek your approval before proceeding with the changes.

3.2. Termination for Violation:

We reserve the right to terminate a order and cancel any services immediately if you violate any of the terms and conditions outlined in our Terms of Service.
